Be sure to include ALL components involved from air supply through to actuation.

I have a problem. In my pneumatic system, the 1800 psi N2 will be directly released to atmosphere. The execution time is probably 1 second and the cycle time is 3 seconds. The total cycles is 5000. Is this system is safety? What can I do anything for system safety? Or it is not worth losing sleep over .

The line that connects all three is the same size as the outlet from each individual compressor. The connection line then attaches to a larger diameter transmission line that runs to all areas of the shop. Would increasing the size of this connection line change its pressure or how my system works?
