And fixing leaks is indeed quite important, I can not imagine being content with “only 10%” of the compressor capacity leaking out constantly. Is it that hard to install piping that does not leak? If it were water or hydraulic fluid the leakage would not be tolerated, would it? Of course, shutting off the air to the system at the end of production does make sense from a safety point of view also.
