If unloading is 8 bar and loading is 7 bar,and it is happening that many a times compressor runs at much lower pr..say 5 bar then dryer will not function properly,but such condition requires more study on balancing receiver location and size.

Your last sentence is not clear to me.
Does it mean for 100 cfm compressor,I should use 2250 ltrs to 4500 ltr capacity receiver.?

I feel receiver sizing and location is consumption related and is industry specific so that pressure fluctuations through out the plant are minimum.
