EXAIR launched a new promo β buyers who purchase any of the four models of the Line Vac by October 31 will get a free two-inch Super Air Nozzle, which is valued at US$57.
The compressed air operated Line Vac is attached to a standard pipe, tube or hose to create a very potent in-line conveyor. Despite its compact design, it features large throat diameters for high throughput capability.
Aside from that, the Line Vac is also a quick and affordable conveying system for shavings, small parts, bulk solids, food products, pills/tablets, textiles, granules, paper, scrap trim, sawdust, chips and plastic pellets.
One of the models included on the promo is the standard Line Vacβ’, with a starting price of US$76. It comes in 10 sizes in stainless steel and 11 sizes in aluminum, making it suitable for many applications across various industries.
The standard Line Vacβ’ is excellent for moving large amounts of material over long distances. It is powered by a minute amount of compressed air, injected through directed nozzles, which generate high output flows in one end and a vacuum on the other, with instantaneous response.
Moreover, Line Vacβ’βs material flow rate can be easily controlled with a pressure regulator. It also comes with an optional bracket for no-fuzz mounting. Additionally, this conveyor system does not require electricity and does not have any moving components, guarantying a maintenance free operation.
While it comes with a five-year warranty, the Line Vacβ’ should not be used with flammable liquids or materials with a low flash point.
