Fremont, Ohio-based Alkon Corp. has acquired Allenair LLC of Mineola, N.Y.
A company spokesperson indicated thatΒ they are longtime admirers of Allenair products and are proud to add them to theirΒ company.
Allenair will become a division of Alkon under itsΒ Management team and the companyΒ will integrate the sales and production activities over the next few months. The addition of Allenair to the Alkon Corp. family of Companies will allow AlkonΒ to expand itsΒ global footprint and provide additional services and products to itsΒ customers and their customers.
