In recent months, AVENTICS Corporation relocated production of NFPA steel cylinders back to Lexington, Kentucky where the manufacturing of them dates back to 1964. With full production capability achieved, the NFPA cylinders are now joining the Quick Ship focused delivery program. AVENTICS NFPA cylinders include PowerMasterยฎ pneumatic (pressure to 250 psi) and medium-pressure hydraulic cylinders (pressure to 1500 psi), plus PressureMasterยฎ high-pressure hydraulic cylinders (up to 3000 psi, 5000 non-shock). Bore sizes are 1-1/2โ to 14โ, with some limitations on 14โ PressureMaster. Over 20 NFPA standard precision machined mounting styles are available, with many options for piston rods, rod threads, ports, seals, stop tubes, limit switches, etc. AVENTICS NFPA cylinders can interchange with other manufacturersโ NFPA cylinders. An online configurator is available for configuring a customer cylinder and provides a part number and CAD files.
The AVENTICS (formerly Rexroth บฺมฯณินฯs) Quick Ship program is available for customers in the USA and Canada. In addition to off the shelf pneumatic components, it includes fast delivery of custom configured pneumatic directional control valve manifolds plus custom pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders. Quick Ship shipments are made by either the USA factory in Lexington or from distributor stock within the time frame stated.
